Transition to a New GRHC Portal
To improve communication and streamline service delivery, the Grand Rapids Housing Commission (GRHC) will be transitioning to a new online portal in early February.
The new portal will provide a more user-friendly and secure platform with 24/7 access to important information and documents.
Additional information, including instructions on how to create an account and access the new portal, will be shared prior to the transition. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we implement this improvement to better serve our community and partners.
If you are a Landlord, Owner or Property Manager:
Landlord Portal is a tool which provides landlords and property managers 24-hour access to important information about Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) participants and properties.
-- To access Landlord Portal you must register for an account. Please select "Register" to start the process.
-- A list of Frequently Asked Questions, is available to Registered Users. Once logged in, please select "Landlord Portal" followed by "Program Forms".
If you are an Applicant:
Applicant Portal provides access to update your application and you can also apply to additional lists currently open. You can also check the status of your application.
